As part of a company-wide brand positioning initiative, employees were reimagined as guides inspired by iconic characters from stories, films, and fantasy. Each character represented the unique qualities that employees bring to guiding customers toward success. Autumn was transformed into the Witch Professor Minerva McGonagall, a character known for her intelligence, integrity, and steadfast leadership. This custom 3D figurine brought the brand concept to life, transforming an abstract positioning strategy into a tangible, personalized representation of Autumn as a trusted guide who leads with knowledge, confidence, and a commitment to helping others succeed.
