As part of a company-wide brand positioning initiative, employees were reimagined as guides inspired by iconic characters from stories, films, and fantasy. Each character represented the unique qualities that employees bring to guiding customers toward success. Heather was transformed into Galadriel, the wise Elven leader from The Lord of the Rings, a character known for her wisdom, insight, and ability to guide others through uncertainty. This custom 3D figurine brought that connection to life, turning an abstract brand message into a tangible, personalized representation of Heather’s role as a trusted guide.
