Each character represented the unique qualities that employees bring to guiding customers toward success. Derek was transformed into Friar Tuck from Robin Hood, a character known for his loyalty, compassion, and down-to-earth wisdom. As a trusted companion who stands by his friends and supports those around him, Friar Tuck embodies the spirit of a guide who leads through service and genuine connection. This custom 3D figurine brought the brand concept to life, turning an abstract positioning strategy into a tangible, personalized representation of Derek’s role in helping customers navigate their challenges with confidence.
