As part of a company-wide brand positioning initiative, employees were reimagined as guides inspired by iconic characters from history, philosophy, stories, films, and fantasy. Each character represented the unique qualities that employees bring to guiding customers toward success. Derek was transformed into Socrates, the ancient Greek philosopher renowned for his wisdom, curiosity, and thought-provoking questions. Rather than simply offering answers, Socrates challenged others to think more deeply, examine their assumptions, and discover insights for themselves. He embodies a guide who listens carefully, asks the right questions, and helps others uncover the best path forward. This custom 3D figurine brought the brand concept to life, turning an abstract positioning strategy into a tangible, personalized representation of Derek as a trusted guide who helps customers gain clarity, challenge conventional thinking, and make more informed decisions.
